Judith Bos of Hedgery of the High Moors runs a research breeding programme to look into the health and genetics of African pygmy hedgehogs. This research in my opinion is desperately needed as there is very limited knowledge available about this species.
Ouchmouse house offers all of our breeding records to Judith in hopes of being a small help. We have also had a few of our hedgehogs travel to the Netherlands to be apart of the breeding programme.
Judith has been an absolute star in helping me decide on future pairings, offering predictions from the genetic matches and is currently setting up her own registry which ouchmouse house will indeed be supporting and utilising.
